We know you have many options when choosing a Dentist in Scotts Valley and the greater Santa Cruz area. Please note the following policies and procedures that allow us to serve you more efficiently.
In order to give our patients the best possible care in an individualized environment, we work by appointment only. This ensures that a specific amount of time is reserved only for you. For this reason, we require 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellation.
We do our best to stay on schedule to minimize your wait time. Emergency patients can sometime cause delays to the schedule and your understanding and patience are very much appreciated.

Insurance and Billing
We take all PPO insurance companies, We DO NOT accept HMO’s. Please call us if you have specific questions about insurance and billing, or to inquire on which plans we accept. Where accepted, will be happy to file your insurance claims for you.
